…and now for something completely different!
I wanted to do some more goofy stuff with the D&D group for this nice round number, but credit for this whole idea should to my friend Amy (ooor at least, her husband’s group’s DM). I still don’t know a lot of things about D&D! Seriously internet someone come over and play with me. Also buy me all the handbooks. INTERNET. DO IT.
No, I shouldn’t be too demanding. I’m reminded every day that my fans are the most amazing people. I really like y’all! Thanks for reading!

↓ TranscriptNhi is a half-elf ranger
Susie is a human paladin
Jae is a halfling bard
Sam is an elf wizard
JAE: Ok, the cockatrice is fast asleep and I’ve got the eggs.
SUSIE: Eggs, check. What’s next on the recipe?
LUCY (DM): It’s not a recipe, it’s a quest!
SUSIE: Fine! It’s a quest. A bullshit quest for cocktail ingredients with which I am going along. I check the list given to us by Nicolas of the North.
LUCY (DM): The next item you seek is nutground spice, found in the Sugarwick forest, to the East.
SUSIE: East it is, nutmeg ahoy.
Nhi, Susie, Sam and Jae are seen through layers of purple pink smoke.
They stand before a candy cane forest.
SUSIE: Are we completely fucking serious right now?
NHI: YAAY CANDY!
This is fantastic and I love it and more please and yes.
LOL, of course Sam’s an elf! Are they on a mystical quest to make eggnog, then?
If trying to play D&D via the Internet didn’t suck, I’d offer to run an adventure for you! It’s not that difficult to learn, though, so if you have a few friends who are interested you should just give it a whirl! If you’re having fun, you’re doing it right.
If you lived in or near Chicago I would totally hook you up with some hot, hot D&D action. Alas, it is not to be.
If only people near me wanted to play AMBER DRPG. Life, it is HARD.
I run dnd over the net and in real life. I’m a student at umass though. Not sure if you live near me at all.
Oh, if only I could get back to my half-elf thief from 1985. I miss her.
