If you’re still unsure of Maria’s master plan, it will become clearer in the next installment. Which I thought was going to be the 50th installment, but this one is, so. Wow! Fifty – that’s a lot, but also, not that many. Thanks for reading them!
Maria is sunny and cheerful in Bluestockings. Her sundress even has suns on it. Wren is sitting on a stack of books, looking gloomy.
MARIA: Good morning!
WREN: What are you so chipper about?
EVE looks out the front window.
EVE: What the – are there – protestors gathering across the street?
Protestors across the street, including Maria’s priest, are holding signs: NO FILTH FOR OUR CHILDREN, DIRTY BOOKS GET DIRTY LOOKS, WHAT WOULD OUR FOUNDING FATHERS THINK??, HOMOSEXUAL AGENDA/NOT IN OUR TOWN
Eve looks at Maria bewildered, as she throws her arms into the air victoriously.
MARIA: SUCCESS
Haaa good work, Maria!
I really like that the tea bag’s tag has an angry face on it. Clever details.
i love the question marks all over that second sign, ha.
Woo! for reaching 50 *\o/*
I can’t wait to see how this turns out 🙂
hahaha! Bad press is still free press! Did you hear what happened to the Westboro haters when they tried to crash a comicon?
Is it just my imagination, or do the two guys on either side of the group look a little uncomfortable?
